"After working with Jax over the past four months I am down 45 pounds and a whole new woman (in mind and spirit too)
When I found Jax, I was in a very dark spot in my life. Probably the darkest I’ve ever been. I was eating fast food EVERY night, I was drinking very heavily, I wasn’t moving my body, and to say I hated myself is putting it lightly. Jax not only helped me change my body, but my mindset. That’s where she is different and her program WORKS.
She wasn’t screaming at me to do workouts when I was having a bad day, she was there for me with words of wisdom and affirmations. She would tell me it was okay and to take it easy, it made me feel like I wasn’t alone anymore. She started by helping me change my MINDSET.
Eventually I began working out, nothing crazy. 2-3 workouts a week, at 15-20 minutes each. That aided my mindset even more, making it easier to push myself to try harder and do better - and she would ALWAYS congratulate me on my successes. Eventually, I started seeing mega results.
Let me make this clear, I did NOT do this for anyone else besides myself. I hated myself, I wasn’t healthy, I wanted to die, and I knew something had to change - and somehow the Universe led me directly to Jax. I was doing this because I wanted to change for ME, not anyone else. I wanted to be a stronger, healthier, more powerful woman.
Now here I am. About 6 months later, and instead of weighing 170 pounds and being miserable, I now weigh 125 pounds, I am CONFIDENT, powerful, and my whole mindset has changed. I did all of this for ME, not the media, not a boy, not anyone else. ME. And am I ever glad I did!

The whole experience learning macros, tracking my food and working in a good selection of different workouts has been a great experience. I learned not to focus on the scale so much but how you are feeling and how successful you feel.
