1. What can I expect when I schedule a Connection Call with Jackie? 

You can expect to have a thorough evaluation with Jackie. This consultation will include a review of your health and fitness history, past and present injuries, discussion of your goals for personalized coaching, and an opportunity for you to address any concerns or questions. Jackie will evaluate where you are and where you want to go and design a customized training program for you.

2. How can I obtain the special offer for a complimentary connection call with Jackie?

3. How much does it cost?

Everything is customized to your body, lifestyle, goals and needs. We have both Group and 1-to-1 Coaching to accommodate different budgets.

4. What can I expect working with GET JAXED inside their personal or group training programs?

Jackie has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. She not only helps you transform your life Physically but Mentally, Emotionally & Spiritually. Working with Jackie will save you YEARS of trial and error trying to do it on your own! She knows what works and what doesn't work to help you get to your desire outcome fast without guessing!

Our program provides personalized guidance, incorporating nutrition, exercise, mindset and emotional support to help you achieve sustainable weight loss and overall wellness.

You will experience positivity and high energy to help you Align your Body Mind & Soul. You will become stronger Mentally & Emotionally by committing yourself to a healthier lifestyle.

5. What if I am new to exercise or out of shape?

If you’re new to exercise, GET JAXED is for all levels and will customize a program specific to your body and limitations. Jackie has over eight years of experience working with beginners.

6. What if I am recovering from an injury? 

Jackie specializes in functional fitness training and yoga. She is an expert in corrective exercise, mobility and stretching to help you recover from your injuries. We can add recovery into your custom program and work around any limitations.   

7. What if I am Pregnant or Postpartum? 

Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy, as long as you exercise with caution and do not overdo it. Jackie has experience working with multiple clients for both pre and post pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor prior to begining any exercise program. 

8. How many times per week do you recommend working out? 

If your goal is weight loss and/or muscle toning, an excellent plan is to work out with weights 2-3 times per week. In addition, Jackie will incorporate a cardiovascular program into your customized plan. You will get great results, both in changing your body image and mindset along with improving your overall health.

9. What equipment do I need? 

A yoga mat, dumbbells and a band is the only equipment you will need for our Home Workouts.

10. How is this different from other Weight Loss Programs I have tried?

Traditional weight loss programs often focus solely on diet and exercise. Get Jaxed takes a holistic approach and helps you Align Body Mind & Soul. Holistic coaching considers lifestyle, stress management, mindset, and emotional well-being as integral components of the weight loss journey. 

11. How long does it take to see results?

Results vary from person to person, but many clients experience positive changes within the first few weeks. The focus is on creating lasting habits for long-term success and creating a healthy lifestyle rather than quick fixes. 

12. Do I need to follow a strict diet plan?

We work with you to create a customized nutrition plan that aligns with your preferences, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle, promoting sustainable and enjoyable eating habits to help you create a healthy lifestyle.

13. Can you help with Emotional, Stress & Binge Eating?

Absolutely! Jackie specializes in Holistic coaching which addresses the emotional aspects of eating, helping you develop a healthier relationship with food and addressing underlying issues that may contribute to emotional eating.
