What’s Included: Everything you need for the day—meals, movement, healing, and connection.

What to Bring: A water bottle, journal, comfortable clothes, and an open heart.

Important Details:

• If flying in, the nearest airports are Syracuse and Albany, NY (equal distance)
• Dress comfortably as we will be on our mats for most of the day.
• Healthy meals and snacks will be provided to nourish and energize you.
• Lodging is not included. We're happy to recommend local accommodations.

• A full itinerary will be emailed closer to the retreat date.

• Do I need to be fit or have experience with fitness, yoga or meditation?
  → Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and guided with love.
• Can I come alone?
  → Absolutely. Many women do and leave with soul sisters for life.
• Is lodging available?
  → This is a one-day retreat. Lodging is not included, but we’re happy to share local hotel recommendations if you’re traveling in!
