Meet your Hosts Jackie & Colleen
Jackie Reese is a Holistic Health Coach who specializes in Weight Loss empowering you to Align your Body Mind & Soul so that you can feel confident in your body and love yourself unconditionally.
Colleen LaGasse is a personal trainer and yoga instructor who specializes in allowing you to grow into your authentic self by giving you the power to let go of your old stories and the tools to live your best life physically and spiritually.
The Itinerary:
Our intentionally curated itinerary is designed to nurture every aspect of your being physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Day 1: Transformation Day
Light 25 Minute Workout: Energize your body with a functional workout session, designed to energize and awaken your physical body.
Oracle Card Reading: Gain intuitive guidance from Jackie as we set the intention for the day of what you'd like to receive and release.
Kundalini Yoga: Connect with your spiritual self and awaken the energy within you. Finished with a guided meditation where Jackie will guide you through a powerful journey within and help you receive clarity within on your intentions for the weekend.
Intention Setting & Journaling: Reflection on what came through for you during the meditation and setting your intentions for the retreat.
Inner Child Meditation: Jackie will connect you with your inner child to help you release any deep rooted blocks holding you back through guided meditation.
Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing to balance your energy with Jackie & Colleen.
Breath Work: We will go deeper into ourselves with a transformative breath work session.
Lunch: We will break for lunch to fuel your body and soul.
Anger Release Ceremony: Jackie & Colleen will guide you through a sacred rage ceremony to release stagnant energy in the body and find peace within.
Self-Massage with CBD: Soothe your muscles and release tension from the physical body with a guided self-massage session using CBD oil.
Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils & Energy Healing: Experience deep relaxation and healing through restorative yoga with Colleen, enhanced with essential oils and energy cleansing with Jackie.
Release Burn Ritual: Let go of what no longer serves you during our sacred release ceremony with Jackie & Colleen
Cacao Ceremony: End the day with a heart-opening cacao ceremony creating a sense of unity and love.
Day 2: Nature Healing
Gentle Yoga: Start your day with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body with light movement.
